William Siroky

William Siroky is currently the Chief of Staff at Auxia, having previously worked as an Associate at Cooley LLP in the General Corporate group. Prior to their time at Cooley, William was a Senior Strategy Associate at Green Courte Partners, LLC, and an Associate at PwC in M&A Advisory. William holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from Princeton University.
