Paul Lynch

Paul Lynch has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Paul started their career as an Investment Operations Analyst at Northern Trust Securities Services in 2005. After that, they worked as a Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator at Smith Curley Estate Agents, where they were responsible for various aspects of the property business. Paul then became the Owner and Managing Director at Lynch Estates.

Later, Paul worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Sales Placement, where they managed the ICT desk and recruited for sales and marketing positions in the ICT industry. Paul also had a brief period of self-employment as a Day Trader, trading stocks and commodities.

In 2013, Paul joined DNM Technology as an Inside Sales specialist, and quickly moved up to become a Sales Consultant and then a Senior Sales Consultant. At DNM, they focused on working with clients and sourcing new opportunities in Cloud, Business Intelligence, Infrastructure, and Managed Services.

Paul then joined Diacom in 2016 as a Senior Sales Consultant, and subsequently moved to Auxilion in 2018, initially as a Senior Sales Consultant and later as a Sales Lead Modern Workplace. At Auxilion, they were involved in areas like App Design, Business Intelligence, Dev Ops, AI, ML, and Business Process Automation.

In addition to their work roles, Paul Lynch also participated in the Leading with Difference Programme at Auxilion, where they worked on a Leadership in Practice Project customised for the company.

Overall, Paul Lynch has had extensive experience in sales, recruitment, property, and IT sectors, with a focus on cloud transformation and support services.

Paul Lynch completed their Junior & Leaving Cert at St Mary's College from 1990 to 1996. Paul then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics at University College Dublin from 1996 to 1999.
