Shane Shidaker

Shane Shidaker, CLFP, currently serves as the Regional Sales Manager at Auxilior Capital Partners, Inc., focusing on new business origination for equipment finance through various channels. Previously, Shane held multiple roles at 1st Source Bank, including Relationship Sales Officer, where responsibilities included providing construction equipment financing and banking services across several states, and Credit Analyst, which involved analyzing financial statements and assessing credit worthiness. Additionally, Shane worked as a Collateral Analyst, conducting audits and training colleagues, and completed an internship reviewing SBA loan documents. Earlier experience includes customer service roles at Mike's Carwash, Inc. and Morris Park Country Club. Shane earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Finance from Indiana University South Bend.
