Dmytro started their career as the Head of the Department of Smart Technologies Implementing at the Research Institute for Applied Information Technologies in 2015. In this role, they managed the "Electronic Student Ticket" project, overseeing its entire lifecycle and ensuring successful implementation. Dmytro also engaged in negotiations with customers and stakeholders to ensure project objectives were met.

In 2016, Dmytro joined Jutiful Ltd. as a Development Project Manager. Here, they played a crucial role in driving growth and maintaining client satisfaction by implementing Scrum methodologies and managing project operations.
