Lakshmi Ganesh

Lakshmi Ganesh has a diverse work experience in human resources and administration. Lakshmi is currently working as the Head of Human Resources, Administration & CSR at Auxilo Finserve Private Limited. Prior to this, they worked at Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd. in various roles such as Head of BHR for Corporate & Enabling Functions, Vice President & Zonal Manager BHR - West, and Assistant Vice President - Learning Services, Learning & Development. Before that, they worked at Omkar Realtors & Developers Pvt Ltd. as Lead for Talent Development, Engagement, Reward & Recognition, and Wellness, and as a Senior Manager in Strategic Planning & New Project Implementation and Talent Acquisition. Lakshmi also gained experience in talent management and acquisition as an Assistant Manager at GVK and as an Assistant Manager in Human Resources at Reliance Energy. Additionally, they briefly worked as a Consultant at Positive Moves.

Lakshmi Ganesh completed a one-year online program, Harvarad Manage Mentor Program, at Harvard University from 2016 to 2017. The program focused on Leading Yourself, Leading Others, and Leading the Business. Before that, they obtained a PGDBA degree in Human Resource from IES Management College and Research Centre from 2005 to 2007. Lakshmi also holds a B.M.S degree in Management from Vivek Vidyalaya, which was completed from 2000 to 2005. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Attracting and Selecting Top Performers from The Predictive Index in 2018 and in Strategic HRM from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business in 2015.
