Bill Rauch has over 20 years of experience in staffing solutions, recruiting, and account management. Bill currently holds the position of Director of Staffing Solutions at Auxis, a management and technology consulting firm. Prior to Auxis, Bill worked as a Senior Corporate Recruiter at DHL and as an Executive/Technical Recruiter at American Recruiters International. Bill started their career as a Recruiter at Aerotek after obtaining their BA in Advertising and Business Administration from the University of Florida.
