Monica Neumann

Monica Neumann is a seasoned finance transformation professional with extensive experience in consulting and financial management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Finance Transformation at Auxis since March 2020, Monica has led significant outsourcing projects for a biotechnology public company, focusing on accounts receivable and payable processes using SAP S/4 HANA. Previous roles include positions at EY and Benefit Yogurt, where Monica co-founded a successful self-serve frozen yogurt brand. With a strong background in project control and financial planning and analysis at Empresas Polar, along with expertise in SAP processes, Monica has consistently demonstrated leadership and strategic oversight throughout their career. Academic credentials include a Master's in Accounting from Gies College of Business and dual Bachelor's degrees in Public Accounting and Business Administration from UCAB, complemented by a Master’s in Marketing from EOI Business School.
