Patrick Domenig

Patrick Domenig has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Patrick is currently the Co-Founder & COO of AVA Inc., a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Program Manager at Snap One from August 2019 to September 2020, and at Control4 from February 2019 to July 2019.

Before entering the technology sector, Patrick served as the Head of Community Management at NEEO AG from April 2017 to January 2019. Patrick also gained experience in engineering roles, working as a Senior Test Engineer and Representative Leader of Notified Body at Dynamic Test Center AG (DTC AG) from September 2014 to March 2017.

Patrick started their career as a Software Test Engineer at ANNAX Schweiz AG from August 2012 to August 2014. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate Project Engineer (Project Engineer R&D - Quality Services) at Stryker from July 2010 to July 2012.

Patrick also gained practical experience during their studies, working at Posity AG as a Student / Bachelor Thesis from June 2009 to February 2010. Additionally, Patrick completed a student internship at maxon from June 2008 to August 2008, and served as a Student Apprentice / Assistant at Johnson Controls from February 2007 to April 2007.

Patrick Domenig completed their education from 2006 to 2010. Patrick attended the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechatronik Trinational with a focus on the economy. Patrick also studied at the Berufsakademie Lörrach (University of Cooperative Education), earning a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechatronik Trinational, again with a focus on the economy. Furthermore, Patrick attended the Université de Haute-Alsace Mulhouse-Colmar, where they achieved a Licence Sciences et Génie des Systèmes degree in Mechatronik Trinational with a focus on the economy.
