Kesavan J

Kesavan J has extensive experience in human resources, primarily in the FMCG industry. Kesavan is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at AVA Cholayil Health Care Private Limited, overseeing HR functions for 1100+ staff across multiple locations. Prior to this, Kesavan worked as a Human Resource and OD Consultant at K7 HR Solutions Private Limited. Kesavan also served as a Senior HR Manager at AVA CHOLA IL HEALTH CARE GROUP, Head of HR at QI Group of companies, and Personnel Officer at GEM GROUP OF COMPANY.

Kesavan J has a diverse education history. Kesavan obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in International Business Management from the University of Madras from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2010, they pursued a M.Sc. in Psychology also at the University of Madras. Furthermore, Kesavan acquired a B.G.L. in General Law from Annamalai University between 1998 and 2000. Kesavan also completed a Diploma in Training & Development from ISTD in 1995. Kesavan obtained an MCS in Corporate Secretaryship from Alagappa University, Alagappa Nagar, Karaikudi in 1990. Additionally, Kesavan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Madurai Kamaraj University from 1986 to 1989. Lastly, they received a Certification in Organisational Development from CAMS US and Carlton Advanced Management Institute US in December 2014.
