Prashant Choubey

Prashant Choubey began their work experience in 1995 at the National Hydroelectric Power Corporation (NHPC), where they focused on human resource planning and OD interventions. Prashant worked directly with two successive Directors (HR) during this time. In 2006, they joined Reliance Infrastructure Ltd. as a General Manager-HR, where their main responsibilities included organization building, large-scale recruitment, and managing manpower planning and training. In 2011, Choubey took on multiple roles at Avaada ENERGY, Avaada Group, and Welspun Energy, ranging from Senior Vice President-HR to President. These roles encompassed leadership positions and responsibilities in business development, HR, and overall management.

Prashant Choubey earned a BE degree in Production and Industrial from Delhi College of Engineering, where they studied from 1990 to 1994.
