Mohd Faheem

Mohd Faheem is a seasoned expert in conversational AI, currently serving as a Conversational AI Architect at Avaamo since April 2018, where responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams and promoting innovative solutions to enhance business processes and customer value. Previously, Mohd held roles as a Conversational AI Engineer at Avaamo, designing and developing conversational bots, as well as working as a Software Engineer at Simplotel, an online booking solutions provider, and as an Information Technology Associate at Accenture, focusing on account verification for Google’s Gmail. A robust foundation in web development was established through freelance projects prior to formal employment. Mohd Faheem earned a Master of Computer Applications and a Bachelor of Computer Applications from the University of Kashmir, strengthening skills in computer science and technology.
