Matt Beard

Matt Beard currently serves as the Technical Support Manager at Avail Medsystems since June 2020. Prior to this role, Matt Beard held the position of Product Support Manager at Poly since August 2000, where responsibilities included managing the Tier 3 Escalations Department, overseeing hiring and training, and assisting channel partners and end users with technical issues.
