Alanna Caracciolo

Alanna Caracciolo's work experience includes a position as Director of Product, Eligibility Solutions at Availity starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Enovis as a Product Director from 2018 to 2023, where they led product strategy and created process improvements. From 2007 to 2018, Alanna held various roles at DJO Global, including Area Director, Sales & Program Development Manager, and Regional Sales Specialist, where they specialized in creating and selling customer-specific medical equipment solutions. Before that, they worked as a Sales Representative at OrthoScript | OrthoSolutions. Alanna began their career as an Assistant Athletic Trainer for Female Sports at East Tennessee State University in 2005, where they were responsible for the health care and supervision of athletic trainers.

Alanna Caracciolo attended East Tennessee State University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Physical Education with a focus on Sport Management. Alanna then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education - Athletic Training at Emory & Henry College. Alanna also holds several additional certifications, including Pragmatic Certifications from Pragmatic Institute, the former Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) qualification from the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA), the former CrossFit Level 1 Trainer certification from CrossFit, LLC, PADI Rescue Diver Certified Scuba Diver certification from PADI, and the USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach certification from USA Weightlifting.
