Peng Qu Ph.d.

Peng Qu, Ph.D., PMP has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Peng started their career at GLOBALFOUNDRIES as a Program Manager, overseeing technology and IT services. Peng then joined AMD, a semiconductor manufacturer, where they held multiple roles, including Industrial Engineer, Project Manager, and Program Manager, focusing on supply chain transformation and process improvement.

From there, Peng moved on to Zimmer Renovo as the Vice President of Operations, managing orthopedic medical device distribution in the Central and South Texas to Mexico territory. Peng later worked at Zimmer Biomet, where they served as the Director of Operations and Director of Supply Chain, overseeing operations, supply chain transformation, and strategic planning.

Peng also gained experience at Integra LifeSciences as the Senior Director of Business Operations, managing the Orthopedics and Tissue Technology division's business operations team. Peng'smost recent role was at DJO, where they served as the Vice President of Sales Operations and Programs, responsible for sales operations and program management.

Currently, Peng is employed at Avalign Technologies as the Vice President of Integrated Business Planning and PMO, leading the integration of business planning and project management office functions.

Throughout their career, Peng has demonstrated expertise in business operations, supply chain management, program management, and process improvement. Peng'sroles have involved managing teams, implementing strategic plans, and driving operational efficiency.

Peng Qu, Ph.D., PMP, completed their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at Dalian Jiaotong University from 1995 to 1999. Peng then pursued their Master of Science in Industrial Engineering at the University of Arkansas, from 2000 to 2002. Later, they continued their education at the same institution and obtained their Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from 2002 to 2004.

In addition to their academic achievements, Peng Qu has also acquired the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) in October 2013.
