Alexis Walter

Alexis Walter has extensive experience in leadership and product development within the technology and HR sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Avallain since April 2019, previous roles include Vice President and Head of Product and Services. Prior to Avallain, Alexis worked at NGA Human Resources as Product Engineering Manager, overseeing the Payroll Exchange product. Experience also includes leadership roles at Leverage, Symbicore, and Indra, focusing on software development, operations management, and quality assurance. Alexis began a career at IBM as a Process Consultant and at Capgemini as a Process Analyst. Academically, Alexis holds a Master of Science in Social Anthropology from The University of Edinburgh, a Master in Economics and Business Administration from Universidad de Granada, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and a Bachelor Degree in Informatics Analysis from Universidad de Belgrano.
