Tammy Updegrove

Tammy Updegrove currently serves as Senior Director of Quality Assurance at Avalo Therapeutics since March 2021, overseeing quality systems to ensure the delivery of safe and effective drugs. Prior to this role, Tammy held several positions at GSK from September 2011 to March 2021, including Director of Quality Assurance for GMP and Manager of Cell & Gene Therapy QA. Tammy's experience encompasses managing quality for third-party interactions, conducting technical due diligence, providing PAI support, and handling various quality management tasks. Additional roles include positions at Cephalon, Centocor, and Wyeth, starting as a Manufacturing Associate and advancing through different quality assurance roles. Education includes a BS in Marine Biology, Chemistry, and Ecology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
