Subhabrata Sengupta

Subhabrata (Shubho) has over a decade of extensive consulting experience, advising clients in a wide spectrum of industries including automotive, auto components, engineering, telecom and chemicals. He has provided and helped implement solutions on the aspects of supply chain management, strategic planning and growth strategy, reorganizing and restructuring organizations, process reengineering, strategic cost management. He focuses on auto, auto component and engineering industries. Shubho started his career with the Godrej group in the FMCG segment and has also worked as a consultant in India and USA with Tata Strategic Management Group and Opera Solutions LLC respectively. He has completed his bachelors in Production Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata and has done his post graduate diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
