Larry Kotterman

Larry Kotterman has over 30 years of experience in the business industry. In 1989, they began their career as the General Manager of Facilities Management at IKON Office Solutions in Columbus, Ohio. During their time there, they managed all operations for all Facility Management in Ohio with 50 placements throughout the state, including Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati and Dayton. Larry oversaw a team of 400+ people that created revenue up to $12M in a single calendar year. In 2003, they became the Vice President and General Manager of Encore Legal Solutions in Chicago, IL. In this role, they led the Chicago operation of a litigation support business in the U. S, oversaw a $9M budget, and merged 2 offices acquired by the company. Larry was successful in integrating 2 offices with different products and skill sets, but same client base, into one facility. In 2005, they became the President and CEO of ProFile Discovery in Columbus, OH. Larry was successful in launching the startup venture, reaching the break-even point within a 3-month time period. In 2019, they became the Vice President of Managed Office Services at Avalon. In 2022, they became the Team Manager at ProFile Discovery.
