Steve Rutledge

Steve Rutledge is a skilled professional with years of experience in engineering and research. At Avalon Holographics, Steve currently serves in multiple roles including Display Development Specialist, Managing Director, and Process Manager. Prior to this, Steve worked at the University of Toronto as a Ph.D. Candidate, where Steve developed microfabrication procedures for optoelectronic devices and collaborated with industry partners. With a background in Electrical Engineering and a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Steve has a strong foundation in optical characterization techniques and device performance evaluation.
