Niklas Sondén has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Niklas began their career as an Industrialization Engineer at Flextronics, where they were involved in the preparation, production, and support of customer electronics, including prototyping and project management. Niklas then worked at Posten AB as a Project Manager in the Development Unit, responsible for the reconstruction and establishment of new logistic equipment.

Sondén later joined Airsonett AB as a Development Manager, overseeing the development of the company's products and production. Niklas also served as the Product and Production Manager & Quality Manager, responsible for production, new and redesigning, and the development of production-related documentation and quality procedures.
