Elizabeth A. Smith

Elizabeth Smith has extensive experience in various leadership roles within AvalonBay Communities, including Senior Vice President of Development in North Carolina, Asset Management, and Redevelopment. Prior to joining AvalonBay, Elizabeth worked as a Business Analyst at Arthur D. Little. Elizabeth holds a Master's degree in City and Regional Planning with a focus on Real Estate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well as an MBA in Real Estate Development from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Elizabeth also holds a Bachelor's degree in Quantitative Economics and Mathematics from Tufts University.
