Martin J. Howle

Martin Howle is a Senior Vice President at AvalonBay Communities, where Martin directs the regional team to facilitate the development of high density, mixed-use multifamily assets. Prior to their current role, Martin has held various leadership positions in real estate development at companies such as Fairfield Residential, Post Properties, Inc., JPI, Inc., Lincoln Property Company, UDR, and Better Housing Coalition. Martin holds a MS RED in Real Estate Development from Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation, and a BED-Architecture in Design/Architecture from North Carolina State University.
