Andrew Leja

Andrew Leja currently serves as the Manager of Product and Programs at AVANGRID, Inc., where responsibilities include managing the Demand Response programs for NYSEG and RG&E, overseeing a $5 million budget, and collaborating on innovative pilot initiatives. Previously, Andrew held multiple roles within AVANGRID, including Lead Analyst, focusing on cost-saving efficiencies and energy efficiency processes. Andrew's earlier experience includes various positions at the Rochester Institute of Technology, such as Graduate Resident Advisor, where community management and program coordination were key responsibilities. Andrew also interned at Solhem LLC, contributing to marketing and design projects, and assisted a Wealth Management Advisor at Northwestern Mutual. Andrew holds both a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
