Javier Velez

Javier Velez has extensive experience in account management and customer service, currently serving in the Commercial & Industrial Revenue Recovery department at United Illuminating since September 2009. Prior to this role, Javier worked as a Residential Collections Agent with The United Illuminating Company and held various positions at Liberty Community Services, including Supportive Housing Case Manager. Javier also served as a Ryan White Part-A Medical Case Manager at Hispanos Unidos Inc. and began a career as an Auto Glass Technician at Safelite AutoGlass. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from Springfield College. Additionally, Javier is an active member of the Knights of Columbus, Council 16.
