Linda Testone

Linda Testone has extensive experience in substation projects and protection and control engineering, having served as a Senior Designer at both AVANGRID, Inc. and The United Illuminating Company since January 1980. Linda holds a degree from the University of New Haven, earned between 1982 and 1986.
