Mack Rubley

Executive Director Business Development (US) at Avania

Mack Rubley has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Mack is currently working as the Executive Director of Business Development (US) at Avania, a leading contract research organization specializing in clinical studies for medical devices, biologics, and device-drug combination products. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Factory-CRO Group (now Avania). Mack also served as the Vice President of Marketing and New Business Development at Boston Biomedical Associates (now Avania).

Mack's previous roles include being the Vice President of Consulting Services and Director of Business Development at Boston Biomedical Associates. Mack also worked as an Associate Professor and Director of Athletic Training at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Additionally, they served as the Director of the Goodie Two Shoes Foundation, a non-profit organization providing disadvantaged children with essential items for good health and positive development.

Before entering the healthcare and nonprofit sectors, Mack worked as a Graduate Assistant at Brigham Young University and Penn State University, and as an Intern Athletic Trainer at Northwestern University.

Mack Rubley has an extensive education history. Mack started their academic journey at the University of Colorado Boulder, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Kinesiology from 1989 to 1993. Mack then pursued further studies at Penn State University, where they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Kinesiology, completing their studies from 1995 to 1997. Mack went on to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Exercise Science at Brigham Young University, graduating in 2002.

Alongside their educational accomplishments, Mack Rubley also obtained a certification as a Certified Athletic Trainer from the National Athletic Trainers Association Board of Certification, Inc. in June 1993.
