Richard Whitehead

Richard Whitehead has extensive experience in technical engineering and customer service, currently serving as a Technical Engineer at Zoom Video Communications since January 2020 and as a Business Specialist at Avanos Medical since April 2019. In addition, Richard has held a long-term position at AT&T since July 2014, providing consumer support for a national satellite service provider. Notably, Richard has prior experience as a Sports Marketing Intern at Oral Roberts University, where marketing campaigns were developed to enhance attendance at athletic events, and as an Assistant Product Manager at The Fresh Market, focusing on inventory management and supplier relations. Richard holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Oral Roberts University, obtained between 2012 and 2014.
