Michell Richmond

Michell Richmond has over 20 years of professional experience. From 2019 to present, they have been the Director of Strategy and Innovation at XrentY. From 2008 to 2019, they worked as the CEO of Avansaas Consulting, a partner of Oracle specializing in Cloud and On Premise projects. From 2006 to 2008, they were a PMP and CRM Director at STO Consulting, where they were in charge of the CRM commercial and consulting areas. In 2006, they were the CRM Manager at an Oracle Consultant Partner Company. From 2000 to 2006, they were an EAI Project Leader at BD Consultores, where they were responsible for the CRM integration and IT (Software and Hardware Architecture) deliverables.

Michell Richmond attended Universidad Latina de Costa Rica from 1996 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor in Computer Engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). In 2019, they completed an Executive Program in General Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, focusing on Leadership and Innovation.
