Charlotte's extensive background includes positions in automotive recruitment, where expertise in vehicle engineering and electrification was developed, as well as roles in financial billing and credit control at Utilita Energy and Ageas Group. Educational foundations were established at Barton Peveril College and Wildern Secondary School.
