Lucy Elliott

Lucy Elliott started their work experience in 2010 as a Customer Service Consultant and later became a Personal Banker at ANZ from February 2010 to November 2012. Lucy then worked at Fonterra, starting in 2013, where they held various roles including NZ Distribution Centres Continuous Improvement Coordinator, Logistics Network Business Improvement Analyst, Logistics Network Commercial Lead, Project Manager for FMCG Supply Chain Transformation, Programme Coordinator for Global Supply Chain, and Sales Operations Continuous Improvement Manager. Lucy joined Article in November 2020 and held positions such as Senior Manager in Supply Chain Projects & Data Analytics, Operations Returns Manager, and Director in Supply Chain Planning, Projects, and Inbound Logistics. Since February 2023, Lucy has been working as the Head of Supply Chain at Avant Arte. Throughout their career, Lucy has shown leadership skills in managing teams, implementing strategic initiatives, and driving continuous improvement in supply chain management.

Lucy Elliott's education history includes their enrollment in the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford in 2022, where they completed the Oxford Strategic Management Executive Programme with a focus on strategy, leadership, and finance. Prior to that, in 2021, they pursued executive education at The University of British Columbia, focusing on the Strategy Playbook. Before their executive education, Lucy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management, Operations Research, and Economics from the University of Canterbury.
