Tim Schwob

Tim Schwob has extensive experience in operations and business development within the benefits industry. At Avant Specialty Benefits, Tim Schwob has held various leadership positions since September 2017, including Vice President of Operations and Director of Operations, all while being a shareholder. Prior to this role, Tim Schwob worked at Benefit Communication Insourcing from October 2010 to September 2017, progressing from Benefits Specialist to Manager of Benefit Communications. Tim Schwob earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Finance from Rockhurst University between 2000 and 2004.
