Adrian Perales

Adrian Perales is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in product and sustaining engineering management. Since August 2015, Adrian has served as the Product & Sustaining Engineering Manager at Avant Technology, building on prior experience as a Product Design Engineer at Core Molding Technologies and various roles at Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation, including CNC Programmer, Drafting Technician, and Project Coordinator. Adrian's skills include advanced quality planning, the use of CAD/CAM tools, design for manufacturability, and lean manufacturing implementations. Adrian holds a degree in Mechatronic Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica Matamoros, earned between 2009 and 2013.
