Erin Levy

Erin Levy is an experienced healthcare administrator currently serving as the Administrator at Avantara Park Ridge LLC since November 2016. In this role, Erin directs the monthly Quality Assurance Performance Improvement Committee, oversees partnerships with community hospital systems, and manages day-to-day operations to ensure efficient performance across departments. Prior to this position, Erin worked as an Administrator in Training and Director of Rehabilitation Services at RehabCare, where responsibilities included implementing system improvements and collaborating with program consultants.
