Holly Manton

Holly Manton is VP, Product Management for Avantax Wealth Management, responsible for implementing wealth management productivity measures, streamlining strategic projects and initiatives, and communicating core objectives among internal departments.

Holly joined Avantax in 2004 (then HD Vest) as a member of its Client Services team, assisting the firm’s Financial Professionals manage clients’ accounts. Holly’s ability to cultivate close relationships with affiliates and develop a deep understanding of the end-client needs made Holly a perfect fit for the firm’s Financial Planning Support team, where she helped Financial Professionals build their business through practice management, case analysis and design and strategic business planning. Holly then began to use those skill to help top firms as a Premium Wealth Management Consultant and, later, a Senior Relationship Manager.

In 2020, Holly was appointed to the Blucora Corporate Strategy team, where she leveraged her business development experience to help simplify complex business problems, identify and develop business strategy, and provide data-driven insights and solutions for Blucora, Avantax, and TaxAct.

Holly earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics with a minor in business from the University of North Texas, and an MBA from Western Governor’s University. She also completed the McKinsey Academy Business Consulting Program.

Holly holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses, is a general and variable life insurance agent, and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, a Chartered Financial Consultant®, a Certified Life Underwriter, a Certified Fund Specialist®, a Certified Annuity Specialist™, a Certified Income Specialist®, and a National Social Security Advisor®.
