Erik Falk Hansen

Erik Falk Hansen is a co-founder and senior recruitment specialist at AvantGarde Search, established in January 2019, focusing on supporting tech start-ups and scale-ups in the Nordics by securing top talent across various positions. Previously, Erik served as the senior country manager for SThree Norway AS, responsible for launching the first office in Norway and leading recruitment teams in the Oil & Gas sector. Additionally, Erik held the position of senior manager for the Oil & Gas Recruitment Division at Huxley Associates, where involvement in setting up the division catered to the Aberdeen Oil & Gas industry. Erik's career began at ExxonMobil as a sales clerk. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from The University of Salford, completed in 2001.
