Chhavi Tak

Chhavi Tak is an experienced professional currently working in Operations and Credit Risk at Avanti - Financial Inclusion For 100 Million since July 2021. Prior to this role, Chhavi served as a Team Manager and Coach at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. from June 2018 to November 2019, where responsibilities included target allocation, staffing, and team learning and development training, as well as managing store operations, inventory, and customer service. Chhavi also gained valuable experience as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Tata Motors in early 2017, focusing on market research for the small commercial passenger segment. Chhavi holds an MBA in Marketing from ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education, a PG Certification in Digital Marketing and Communication from MICA, and a B.Tech in Computer Science from Rajasthan College of Engineering for Women.
