Tom Knutson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Tom started their career at Apple in 1987 as a Telephone Technician, where they worked until 1989. From 1989 to 1991, they served as a Customer Service Representative at MOUSE SYSTEMS LIMITED. In 1991, they joined Novell as a Testing Engineer, a position they held until 1995. At Benesight Inc, Tom worked as an Information Technology Manager from 1995 to 2002. From 2002 to 2014, they held the role of Business Office Manager at Greenside Hospitality. In 2014, Tom joined Bosch Global Software Technologies as a Business Office Manager, where they stayed until 2018. Since 2018, they have been working as a Customer Service Specialist at Randstad, utilizing their skills in customer service, client satisfaction, and team building.
From 2009 to 2011, Tom Knutson attended International American University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business/Office Automation/Technology/Data Entry.
