Michelle Bales

Michelle Bales has over 30 years of experience in the field of quality management and chemistry. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Manager at Avantor since August 1996, Michelle has held various roles within the company, including Quality Control Manager and Senior Quality Engineer. Additionally, Michelle is a member of the Board of Directors for both Bourbon Heights Inc. and Accutran. Prior experience at Mallinckrodt from May 1987 to August 1996 included positions such as Technical Services Chemist and Quality Control Laboratory Technician. Michelle Bales earned a B.S. in Chemistry from Eastern Kentucky University between 1983 and 1987.
