Pankaj Thapliyal is a seasoned professional in the medical devices and in vitro diagnostics industry, currently serving as Site Head of Global Manufacturing at Avantor since January 2021, overseeing various manufacturing domains. Prior experience includes roles as General Manager Operations at Sysmex Corporation, Medical Device Country Plant Manager at Qatari German Company For Medical Devices, and Group Vice President Manufacturing Operations at Trivitron Healthcare, where expertise in establishing world-class manufacturing facilities was demonstrated. Pankaj Thapliyal also held leadership positions at KMT India P Ltd and Becton Dickinson India, contributing significantly to production planning and operations across multiple regions, including India, Europe, and Southeast Asia. Early in the career, Pankaj Thapliyal worked in quality assurance and production planning at BD India P Ltd and Dee Pharma Ltd.
