Monika Wiatrowska

Monika Wiatrowska is an experienced Operations Manager at Avantpage Translations since October 2015, where responsibilities include supporting website and software localization services, optimizing e-learning training platforms, and enhancing team performance through data monitoring and process improvement. Previously, in the role of Operations Coordinator, Monika played a key role in establishing a Poland office and developing a follow-the-sun model for production efficiency. Prior experience as a Project Manager involved overseeing translation project quality and profitability, while earlier roles included a media analyst position at Mphasis and a freelance translator position at COS-MEDICO. Monika holds a Master's degree in Spanish Philology from the University of Wroclaw and has conducted research at Benemerita Universidad Autonoma de Puebla on 20th Century Mexican Literature.
