Wanderson Paim de Jesus

Wanderson Paim de Jesus started their work experience in 2007 as an Interchange at McDonald's Corporation. In 2009, they had a web development internship at CERCOMP - UFG, where they were responsible for the maintenance and development of websites and a Content Management System (CMS) using Ruby on Rails. Wanderson then worked as a Software Developer at Sicoob Cooperative Banking for a brief period. In 2013, they became a Team Leader at Secretaria de Orçamento Federal, and later that year, they joined Rede Nacional de Ensino e Pesquisa - RNP as an R&I Project Manager in Information Technology. Most recently, Wanderson has been working as an Engineering Manager at AvantStay since April 2021.

Wanderson Paim de Jesus completed their education in a sequential manner. Wanderson first obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Universidade Federal de Goiás, attending from 2006 to 2010. Wanderson then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, completing their studies from 2011 to 2013. Continuing their education, Wanderson completed an MBA in Strategic Management of Information Technology at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, attending from 2014 to 2016.

Wanderson further expanded their knowledge and skills by earning a Post MBA degree in Innovation Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, studying from 2017 to 2018. To enhance their expertise, they also obtained a certification in "Boosting Creativity for Innovation" by HEC Paris through Coursera in March 2020.
