David Russo

David Russo is a seasoned program manager at E3 Federal Solutions, LLC, with a career spanning over a decade in military analysis and program management. Previous roles include senior military analyst positions at Alion Science and Technology and Parsons in 2013, as well as a lead associate role at BAH from 2010 to 2012. David has extensive experience in performing analysis of alternatives for Army education and information systems. Earlier, David held the position of senior program analyst at Camber Corporation and served as principal military analyst and contract manager at Alion Science and Technology from 2007 to 2009. Educational accomplishments include a diploma in Military and Strategic Leadership from the Defense Leadership and Management Program, a Master of Science in Strategic Studies from the Army War College, and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering/Business Analysis from Texas A&M University.
