Jim Quine

Jim Quine has extensive experience in project management and construction management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at E3 Federal Solutions, LLC since August 2017, Jim is embedded with Customs and Border Protection, overseeing operations in Oregon, Colorado, Wyoming, and Idaho. Additionally, since January 2008, Jim has held the position of Construction Manager at Akana. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering Management from Oregon State University.
