Rebecca Dahlin

Rebecca Dahlin has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Rebecca is currently working at Avanza Bank as the Director of Engineering, a role they took on in April 2022. Prior to this, they served as an Engineering Manager at Avanza Bank from September 2021 to April 2022.

Before joining Avanza Bank, Dahlin co-founded Karma Intent in February 2021 and held the position of Co-Founder.

Rebecca also worked at Spotify as an Engineering Manager from November 2019 to September 2021.

Dahlin's previous experience includes roles at Scania Group, where they served as a Senior Manager-End User Productivity from November 2018 to November 2019, and as a Group Manager from September 2016 to November 2019.

Earlier in their career, they worked at H&M as a Group Manager from April 2013 to September 2016, Business Architect from April 2012 to April 2013, and Requirement Analyst and Team Leader from January 2011 to August 2012.

Prior to working at H&M, Dahlin was a Consultant at Avega Group AB from August 2009 to January 2011, and at Softronic from December 2006 to August 2009.

Rebecca also served as a Solution Manager at Telenor Cinclus from January 2008 to October 2008.

Dahlin's earliest roles include working as a System Developer at MWM from 2000 to November 2006, and as a System Developer at Framkom from 1999 to 2000.

Rebecca Dahlin completed their Master's degree in Computers and Systems Science from Stockholm University between 1994 and 1999.
