Thomas Bauer

Thomas Bauer is an experienced engineering manager currently leading teams at Avanza Bank since April 2021. Previously, Thomas spent over six years at PwC Sverige, where roles included Senior Manager and Team Lead for the Audit & Risk team, Tribe Lead, Manager of Emerging Technology, Service Area Manager for RPA, Project Manager, and Risk Management Consultant. At PwC, Thomas managed diverse teams and implemented agile organizational structures while overseeing projects in AI, RPA, digitalization, and risk management. Thomas began a career at Sandvik as a Rock-Drill operator and holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping University, complemented by education at San Diego State University.
