Bent V. currently serves as the Kvalitet- og sikkerhetssjef at AVARN Security Norway, focusing on quality and security both strategically and operationally. Since March 2022, Bent has volunteered as the leader of the Compliance and Organization Committee at FLINT TØNSBERG HÅNDBALL AL, coordinating background checks for coaching staff. Additionally, Bent is involved as a voluntary Dommerutvikler for håndball and holds leadership roles within Kvalitet og Risiko Norge, promoting quality practices across regions. Previous experience includes various quality management roles at Nokas AS, as well as a stint as a kokkelærling at TORP HOTEL AS and freelance photography. Educational qualifications include courses in security risk analysis and leadership development.
