Hari Krishnan S has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Hari is currently serving as the Head - Global People & Culture at AVASO Technology Solutions, where they oversee various functions related to talent acquisition, talent development, and regulatory compliances across 46 countries. Prior to this, they worked as the Global HR Transformation Leader at HCL Technologies Ltd from 2020 to 2022. Before that, they served as the Head India HRCO at Societe Generale for a period of 8 years. Hari Krishnan also gained valuable experience at Bank of America, IBM, Versatile Techno Solution Private Limited, Covansys, Reliance Infosystems, and Cadila Pharmaceuticals in various HR roles.

Hari Krishnan S began their education by obtaining a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Kerala University in Thiruvananthapuram from 1989 to 1992. They furthered their education at the same university and completed a Master of Commerce degree specializing in Finance from 1992 to 1994. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji Bhavnagar University, which lasted from 1996 to 1998. Most recently, in 2018 to 2019, they attended the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and completed the eMBA - Senior Management Program, concentrating on Business Administration and Management.
