Bryan Albers has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Bryan started their career in 2010 as a Sales Service Engineer at Plascore Inc. In 2011, they worked in sales at RHM Fluid Power. From 2013 to 2014, they served as a Manufacturing Engineer at Steelcase, where they implemented improvements in the veneer edge banding process and reduced downtime issues. In 2014, they worked as a Continuous Improvement Engineer at Johnson Controls, analyzing production data and implementing Lean Six Sigma practices. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at ITW Drawform as a Production Quality/Press Technician, where they performed inspections and managed presses. Bryan then worked as an Industrial Engineer/Plant Layout Design at GM Components Holdings (Kelly Services) from 2016 to 2019. In 2020, they briefly worked in fulfillment at Amazon. Currently, they are serving as the Chapter Chair for the Society of Manufacturing Engineers Chapter 38 and is the Owner of One Door Properties. Beginning in 2021, they joined AvaSure as a Manufacturing Engineer/Assembly Specialist, responsible for managing manufacturing assembly processes and making improvements.

Bryan Albers earned a B.S. degree in Manufacturing Engineer Technology from Ferris State University between 1985 and 1991. Prior to that, they obtained an A.A.S. degree in Mechanical Drafting Technology from Grand Rapids Community College in 1984. In March 2021, Bryan also completed a certification course in "Daniel Pink on Motivation" from LinkedIn.
