Michelle Pacifico

Michelle Pacifico has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Michelle started their career as a Site Director at Ahwatukee Foothills YMCA, where they managed program budgets, ensured compliance with licensing guidelines, and supervised staff. Michelle then worked as a Public Relations Assistant at TMP INTERNATIONAL, INC., assisting with promotions and press functions.

Michelle then transitioned to TMP International, where they held multiple roles. As an International Sales and Publishing Manager, they managed day-to-day business with international accounts, handling customer orders and payments. Michelle later became the Senior Director of International Sales, overseeing the entire sales process for international sales and managing domestic accounts. Michelle achieved a 5% increase in annual sales and successfully expanded into new territories in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Latin America.

Michelle then joined Circuit Express, a Division of Advanced Circuits, Inc., as an Inside Sales Representative. In this role, they managed customer relationships, tracked orders, quoted new projects, and collaborated with different departments to resolve design flaws and product issues. Michelle also partnered with outside sales representatives to support their work.

Currently, Michelle is employed as a Sales Coordinator at AvaSure.

Michelle Pacifico completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Florida State University from 1991 to 1993. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained several qualifications through LinkedIn in 2022. These include certifications in customer service foundations, Google Drive essential training, Microsoft Dynamics 365 sales essential training, phone-based customer service, working with upset customers, and cold calling: overcoming sales objections. Michelle also completed certifications in data analytics for business professionals, Excel: analyzing your sales pipeline, Excel: lookup functions in depth, Excel: sales forecasting, Excel: VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP for beginners, learning Microsoft Dynamics 365: the basics, Microsoft Teams essential training, Salesforce essential training, SharePoint Online essential training: the basics, and soft skills for sales professionals.
