Geng Bai

Geng Bai is an experienced RD Director currently at Avatar Integrated Systems Inc. since June 2017, previously holding the same title at Atoptech from October 2007 to June 2017, where responsibilities included path-based timing analysis, signal integrity, and the development of a patented Physical Aware Scope-based Signoff ECO flow. Prior to Atoptech, Geng Bai worked at Synopsys as a Staff Engineer focusing on Verilog, VHDL, and Spice cosimulation from May 2005 to October 2007, and at Nassda Corp as a Senior Software Engineer specializing in transistor level timing analysis from September 2001 to May 2005. Geng Bai earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 1998 and 2002.
